Kiran Designer Studio was born in 1975 in the heart of Guntur, Andhra Pradesh — not as a business, but as a belief. A belief that every woman deserves to be dressed beautifully, with care, with craft, and with a deep understanding of who she is and what she is celebrating.

What began as a small atelier rooted in the traditions of South Indian textile heritage has grown, over five decades, into Guntur's most trusted name in designer ethnic wear. But some things have never changed: the patience we bring to every stitch, the relationships we build with every family who walks through our door, and our unwavering commitment to the craft that started it all.

A Heritage Rooted in Indian Craft

India's textile traditions are among the richest in the world — from the gold zari of Kanchipuram to the intricate block prints of Rajasthan, from the silk brocades of Varanasi to the fine chanderi weaves of Madhya Pradesh. At Kiran Designer Studio, we have spent fifty years learning from these traditions, sourcing from the finest artisans, and bringing that heritage to the women of Guntur and beyond.
